June 9th from 12pm to 2pm is community safety and wellness day. Enjoy free professional health screenings, neck massages, and over fifty wellness exhibitors.e available at the Community Safety and Wellness Day. Also available are screenings for blood pressure, blood glucose, body mass index, and foot screenings.
- Wellness exhibitors will offer information on family safety, including child fingerprints, nutrition, fitness, heart health, and more.
- Visitors will also have the opportunity to enjoy delicious heart healthy foods that will be available for purchase.
- Help Manna support those in need by bringing nonperishable food items to the Manna booth at the event.
The City of Thousand Oaks and Conejo Recreation & Park District are hosting theThousand Oaks Community Safety & Wellness Day. The event will be held in the park fronting the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza, 2100 Thousand Oaks Boulevard.
Free parking is available at the Civic Arts Plaza and The Lakes Shopping Center. Free transportation is also available from the Goebel Senior Center.
